What is the one Fond Memory you have about Omniscience during their pledge program?
I have too many Fond memories of Omniscience to list here so I'll go
with the earliest memory:
As was our tradition, we invited all of the accepted members of the
upcoming Scroller's Klub to a meeting at the Kappa House to have you
sign paperwork....At that meeting, I got a chance to speak to all of you
formally and to meet many of you for the first time...As I spoke with
you individually; I smiled at the prospect of leading you on the voyage
to Kappa...Even at that early age, many of you had outstanding academic
and extracurricular records (OK, some of you did 'sneak in'-- like
Foggie)...Anyway, at that moment, I was proud and humbled by the
responsibility of being your Dean of Pledges -- as an inner-city kid who
was only two months removed from celebrating his 21st birthday...Of
course, once the pledge program began; all of you did your very best to
convince me that the whole impressive background stuff was straight
"fugazi"....Still, the fondest memory that I had back then, is the one
that I still 35 years later ---- Pride in my association with the Kappa
Men of Omniscience!
Carlo Minor, Dean of Pledges - Omniscience

Mike ('Ol Blackmagic) McLendon, Beta Epsilon - Enterprise - 12-4-1976
"I enjoyed the 16 individuals coming together as one for a common
goal..... Stay tight!!!"

"Keep being who you are. I've always been proud of how close you guys were and how each and everyone of you have achieved."
Warren Dorsey, Beta Epsilon, Ujamaa - Spring 1982
"Roger singing and jokes" are my Fond Memories of Omniscience.
